MUST HAVE for Guitar fans of TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA!!!

Finally! A real TSO guitar tab book!!!!! I have been a fan for over 15 years now and have seen TSO live 9 times. This guitar tab book is amazing! It features all of TSO's hits and then some! It spans most of TSO's albums up until Night Castle. Christmas Canon Rock, Christmas Eve Sarajevo, Requiem the Fifth, Wizards in Winter, A Mad Russians Christmas, First Snow, The Mountain and more! Features multiple tracks tabbed out for each song such as rhythms, solos, fills. I have played through the book and it seems dead accurate. Playing along with the cd is so much fun! Heads up TSO fans, Hal Leonard is also publishing a TSO book for their Guitar Play Along series. Not sure on the date of release yet but you can search for it on Amazon through the sort by Publication feature. That one will include a cd to play along with on selected TSO tracks. Anyway this book is a must have for any TSO fan who who is a guitarists and wants to learn some of their best songs.

This is a must-have for any TSO fan! With so many horribly wrong tabs on the internet, it's nice to finally have accurate tabs. Awesome song selection including Savatage's version of "Mozart and Madness."

When Charlie learns of the death of his estranged father in Florida, he attends the funeral and learns two facts that turn his well-ordered existence upside-down: that his father was a human form of Anansi, the African trickster god, and that he has a brother, Spider, who has inherited some of their father's godlike abilities. Spider comes to visit Charlie and gets him fired from his job, steals his fiancée, and is instrumental in having him arrested for embezzlement and suspected of murder. When Charlie resorts to magic to get rid of Spider, who's selfish and unthinking rather than evil, things begin to go very badly for just about everyone. Other characters—including Charlie's malevolent boss, Grahame Coats ("an albino ferret in an expensive suit"), witches, police and some of the folk from American Gods—are expertly woven into Gaiman's rich myth, which plays off the African folk tales in which Anansi stars. Adult/High School–Charles Fat Charlie Nancy leads a normal, boring existence in London. However, when he calls the U.S. to invite his estranged father to his wedding, he learns that the man just died. After jetting off to Florida for the funeral, Charlie not only discovers a brother he didn't know he had, but also learns that his father was the West African trickster god, Anansi. Charlie's brother, who possesses his own magical powers, later visits him at home and spins Charlie's life out of control, getting him fired, sleeping with his fiancée, and even getting him arrested for a white-collar crime. Charlie fights back with assistance from other gods, and that's when the real trouble begins. They lead the brothers into adventures that are at times scary or downright hysterical. At first Charlie is overwhelmed by this new world, but he is Anansi's son and shows just as much flair for trickery as his brother. With its quirky, inventive fantasy, this is a real treat for Gaiman's fans. Here, he writes with a fuller sense of character. Focusing on a smaller cast gives him the room to breathe life into these figures. Anansi is also a story about fathers, sons, and brothers and how difficult it can be to get along even when they are so similar. And as fantasy, Anansi Boys "is certainly quite inventive, if not revolutionary" (San Antonio Express-News). Overall, Gaiman’s novel is witty, giddy, and exhilarating—if not quite as satisfying as some of his previous work.

It's Neil Gaiman. That's all you need to know. Read it.

Such an absolutely delightful tale this was. I fell in love with American Gods long after most of the book world had been telling me for years 'YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK.' And they were right, of course. I should listen more. When I found out Anansi Boys was along a similar vein, I was so excited! Because for me, it's very difficult to find books that are exactly like this, with characters so flawed and complex, who screw up a lot, but are also brave and find themselves through the course of a magical fairy tale. That is exactly my very favorite kind of book, and I never knew it was until I discovered this author. This one is much less dense than American Gods, but not in a bad way. Less characters and intertwining plots, but I found that to be an advantage, as I very much liked who lived among these pages. I think that's really the core of what I like so much; so much life is given to everyone and everything. An entire world is unwrapped for you to explore, some of it dark and violent (he always has that) but also beautiful and always highlighting the resilience of the human spirit. And that is such a nice thing to celebrate.

Sometimes I will go a long time without reading something like this, and I'll read several sub-par books in a row, and then I'll remember that there is magic in the book world and I run to it.

Sometimes you just don't know how much you need to read Neil Gaiman until you read Neil Gaiman. You probably need to, and this is an excellent choice.

Akin to American Gods, Anansi Boys is another surreal tale of ordinary people faced with oddly extraordinary circumstances. Neil Gaiman develops the tension in this book in much the same way with American Gods, creating a dream-like environment for his characters in which the normal is just slightly off and the abnormal is surreal, bordering on disturbing. The protagonist and those supporting him are likable enough to root for them and the antagonists sufficiently villainous to despise but the collection of people do not fall into clear cut black-and-white camps, which gives this book the depth you expect from a good story. Overall it is a great read if you like surreal, dark fantasy. I only shorted it one star because American Gods was better and this story could reached that same level.

Incredible resource

I used to think about testing in terms of just an A/B split test. The most adventurous I got was testing two variables two ways simultaneously. After reading this book I can see how to conduct simultaneous tests of a dozen or so variables. This is truly eye-opening experimental design material. And the marketing subject matter is all the more relevant for those web marketers among us.

The book is straight forward and focused with a series of incrementally more advanced methods so you can match the appropriate method to the situation you want to test. So whether you want to do a full factorial analysis or a fractional factorial experiment, after reading this material you'll know the strengths and weaknesses of each as well as the right situation to employ them. I have not seen this material anywhere else.

The book is advanced stuff, but entirely approachable. This does not mention AdWords or Google Web Site Optimizer, but the methods are entirely consistent with applications in those fields.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to extract more value from testing. There is a better way to test and the methods are right here.

One of a kind resource

Efficient experimental design techniques are known and applied in many fields, but marketing has lagged behind. A/B, Champion/Challenger, one-factor-at-a-time tests are much more prevalent in marketing than carefully planned tests that take advantage of the efficiencies inherent in factorial treatment structure. This book is a solid (and very readable) reference that should go a long way to changing that. If you know there's a better way to do your marketing tests, but can't get your head around the manufacturing, agricultural, or psychology examples in every other design text out there, then this is the book for you. If you don't know there's a better way to plan your marketing tests, read this before you competition does!

For the ethologist, avian behavior is the source of a wide variety of species-typical "fixed action patterns"; for the experimental psychologist, birds are the subject of choice for studies of conditioning, learning, and cognitive processes; for the neurobiologist they provide model systems for studying developmental processes, sensory mechanisms, orientation, and motor control. For these reasons, research on the avian brain and behavior occupies an increasingly important place in contemporary behavioral biology.

And another quick, fun, great read from A Zavarelli. This one is super quick and straight to the point.
Aspen Keller has been assistant to Media mogul Kane Stryker for 3 years and has now made the decision to leave for a new job, where she is not attracted to her boss. Aspen has watched Kane, fawn over constant women and them do everything to get into his bed. Enough is enough, with her resignation in hand and one last gift for him, she heads to find him to tell him in person after he embarrasses her at the company Christmas party.

On the way to his cabin, Aspen crashes her car. Perfect, just what she needs, stuck with a wrecked car, in the freezing snow and no cell reception. Could her night get any worse? Yep.

Kane hears her accident and goes to find the cause of the noise and comes face to face with Aspen, drunk but not really hurt. But instead of anger, he feels love. Love that he never dud anything about, but now in his cabin, he will show Aspen what she really means to him.

Not enough, Aspen leaves him anyway, she just never expected the man who doesn't celebrate Christmas to show up at her parents, with his own special gift for Aspen.

A fun, sexy Christmas romance!

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

I just have to say I loved this book, novelette. It was a super quick read, the author hooks you from the very beginning and holds you right to the end. She doesn't just tell the story from Aspen's character but make you feel Aspen's heartache for a man who doesn't see her for more than his assistant. I don't want to give away the ending but it isn't really how you think it is going to go. This is a clean erotic romance, yes there is sex but it isn't racy or crude. It is sexy without going into too much detail but makes you feel hot and bothered by Kane, mmm. Sexy, tall, dark, handsome and rich, oh my. A great story!

I give this book a 5 out of 5 stars. A fun holiday read that can be read in under an hour.

Best Novelette Romance

Awwwww!!!!! This was the best short, short romance read I've ever read! (So far )

For it being less than 50 pages, I finished this novelette in about 20-30 minutes. It was just perfect.

I have a request though Mrs. A! Can u please write a story on these two characters?? I think that would be a great read!

If you want a quick enjoyable romance, this is the book for you ;D I give this one a 5 out of 5!

Very disappointed.

I used Word every day before retirement. That was 10 years ago. I've forgotten some of the applications I need to know, now that I'm back at work. This book does not begin to cover what I need, such as how to create macros. In the index, it states macros are on p. 345. They aren't. It's not worth the money.

This book is very informative and a great reference and guide for the average user such as myself. It is a good " go to" when problems arise,and no one else is available.I would be lost without the Dummies books for reference. It allows a point of reference when systems upgrade so quickly.
